After being victorious with the Federal Cham- pionships (Bundeschampionat) in Warendorf and later victories in dressage competitions at medium level, he was trained up to the advanced level Grand Prix. His father Donnerhall was World Champion with the German Team and Single European Champion.
As sire, he justified a new epoch. His two grandfathers Donnerwetter and Pik Bube, as well as the full brother to Davignon’s mother, where victorious in dressage on advanced level and Grand Prix. However there are Davignon's offsprings, which gives him this international meaning. In the meantime he has a leading breeding position in Europe with over 30 licensed sons.
Constantely Davignon's offsprings intervene into the decisions with the Bundeschampionat in Warendorf. His offsprings altogether already won over half a Million Euro in competitions and tournaments. In Germany 80 tournament horses are successful on advanced of level. 9 of them won over 10.000 €, which is a remarkable success for a dressage horse.
